1. Orders & Payment – All orders must be paid in full at checkout. We reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order at our discretion.
2. Shipping & Delivery – We ship orders based on the schedule stated in website banner and method outlined at checkout. Delays due to weather, carriers, or other unforeseen circumstances may occur.
3. Returns & Refunds – Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Refunds are only available if shipping protection was added to your order and an eligible claim is made within 24 hours of delivery.
4. Product Quality – We take pride in delivering high-quality beef. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet our standards, please contact us promptly with photos for review.
5. Liability – We are not responsible for improper storage or handling after delivery. By purchasing, you assume responsibility for proper product care.
