We ship our beef products frozen to ensure quality and freshness. Orders are shipped on designated shipping days using insulated packaging and dry ice. Shipping is available to select locations within the U.S.
Processing & Delivery:
- Orders are processed in the order they are received.
- Delivery times vary based on location and carrier schedules.
- We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other unforeseen circumstances.
Shipping Protection:
- We strongly recommend adding shipping protection to your order for coverage against damage or loss in transit.
- Refunds are only available if shipping protection was purchased and an eligible claim is submitted within 24 hours of delivery.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive tracking information. Please ensure someone is available to receive the package promptly to maintain product quality.
