Due to the perishable nature of our products, we do not accept returns. Refunds are only available if shipping protection was added to your order. If your order arrives damaged or does not meet our quality standards, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery via email 1867feeranchmeatco@gmail.com with photos of the issue.
